Do you accept orders outside of the United States?

Absolutely! We're more than glad to offer all of our items internationally.

Returns/Exchanges:

We do accept returns/exchanges if an item is damaged upon arrival. To be eligible, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply send the damaged item to the address below, and reach out to our Customer Support with details on your exchange.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out typically within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends. Shipping duration depends on where you are located, and varies approximately as followed:

United States: 2 - 7 Business Days
Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days
International: 10 - 21 Business Days

Again, this are all approximate times. Depending on your local shipping service, your package may arrive sooner or later than those listed.


 

What is a Pre-Order item?

Any item that is listed as a Pre-Order item will be clearly marked in the item title or the description. Basically, this means that the item is currently in production and will be shipped out as soon as production is finished. An estimated shipping date will also be clearly listed in the description section of any pre-order item.
